Aaron Cole

Small Town Values – Big City Experience

Co-Owner Aaron Cole was raised in Minnesota Lake, Minnesota. As a young adult he found an opportunity in the construction industry, initially working on a multitude of commercial projects in the hospitality industry. He learned how the values of an organized, clean and safe job site contribute to a successful project also the importance of communication with fellow workers, supervisors and Owners during the construction process. He learned about the importance of honest, timely responses to customer needs and questions. In 2001 he relocated to the Twin Cities and began working in the stucco industry from the ground up: erecting scaffolding, mixing Portland cement, tending plasterers and providing daily support of jobsite requirements. His organizational skills led to managing carpentry repairs, coordinating subcontractors and scheduling and closing jobs. Aaron has substantial experience working on hundreds of homes with moisture intrusion issues. Performing and supervising selective demolition and discovery of both stucco cladding and structural components, remediation of damaged material, substantial structural repairs, refitting or replacement of windows and scheduling and working with inspectors down the path to final inspection. With untold experience in dealing with unusual or difficult situations, Aaron’s substantial skills and enthusiasm for his work contribute mightily to his desire to deliver a project on time and in a professional manner.

When we received your prompt quote and gave you the go ahead, we couldn't believe how quickly the project was started and completed. Your professional attention to covering exposed areas and clean up of the grounds when done left no trace of you being there other than the great job on the wall. Everyone who has looked at the completed project has been very pleased and we would be happy to recommend Smith Cole Stucco & Stone to anyone inquiring. From our initial contact to discuss our issues to your completion of the project I felt that this project could not have gone any smoother.
